We ship within the United States only.
Processing. Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Hats are made in small batches by hand, so if something is delayed we will email you rather than leave you wondering.
Rates and delivery. Free shipping — 3–5 business days, tracked. Express — $15, 1–3 business days, tracked. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and start the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Tracking. You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when it ships. If tracking hasn't moved in five business days, email us and we'll chase it.
Lost, stolen or damaged. If a package is marked delivered but isn't there, check with your household and neighbors first, then email us within 7 days and we'll help. If a hat arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll reship it once you cover the postage.
