The store. We sell headwear and related goods. We do our best to show products accurately, though colors vary between screens, and each hat is made by hand, so small differences are normal rather than defects.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or resale. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and availability. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Batches are limited and stock is shared between this store and our TikTok Shop, so an item can sell out between your click and your checkout. If we can't fulfill your order, we'll refund you.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping, returns and refunds. Covered by our Shipping and Returns policies, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property. The War Within name, logo, artwork and site content belong to War Within LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Your conduct. Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it, or use it unlawfully.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.
